you dont always need heavy dumbbells to improve strength. use small dumbbells to do mnay repititions so you can build stamina

I am an organize freak. Getting a dumbbell rack is on top of my list. I got a few dumbbells and they are just lying on the floor. I still have to find a good buy.
I am happy that I have a friend who is a gym instructor. He helped me pick weights and dumbbells that I can use at home. I really don’t have time to go to a gym so I put a gym at home.
